First floor addition to a 1970’s holiday house. The addition will include a living space, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area with deck extended over the ground floor provides views of Lake Hawea and the Southern Alps to the north. The house will also be fully recladded and insulated to the latest building code requirements.
